Why work with me

I have been on your side of it

I run an independent label of my own, so I know what it is to have a collection ready and no clear route to the people who should be selling it.

Most of the brands I work with are at exactly that point. What helps is not a bigger plan but a shorter one — which stores, which materials, which conversation, in what order.

My background combines fashion retail, creative direction, brand development and Fashion Management MBA training, with experience across Japanese, European and African fashion environments.

I approach projects from both a commercial and creative perspective, helping brands turn ideas and opportunities into practical next steps.

How I work

Every project is adapted to the brand and its objectives

  1. 01

    Discovery

Understand the brand, objectives, market, constraints and priorities.

  2. 02

    Research

Analyse the market, competitors, customer, opportunities and relevant partners.

  3. 03

    Strategy

Develop a focused recommendation and clear priorities.

  4. 04

    Execution

Support implementation through outreach, content, digital work, materials or creative development.

  5. 05

    Follow-up

Review progress, refine the approach and identify next steps.

Support can range from a focused consultation or research project to hands-on implementation and ongoing collaboration.

Next step

Tell me what you are working on

A short description of the brand and where it stands today is enough to start. If a focused project makes sense, I will say what it should cover — and if it does not, I will say that too.
